Description

This pull request addresses the documentation issues by adding detailed commands for creating a Python environment, ensuring users have clear guidance on the setup process. It also clarifies the steps required if Python 3.11 is not available on the user's system, providing alternatives for those with different Python versions. These updates aim to enhance the development experience and prevent setup-related challenges for users.
